After spending her career in corporate marketing, our founder Dusty Williams-Hofer decided it was time to start her own shop. Our team is built of seasoned marketing professionals that have worked on some of the world’s most well known brands over the years. From Volkswagen and Nike, to Miller Lite and Coca-Cola - we know how best-in-class marketing is done. And we apply that experience to our passion for small business. Jessie M. Pappas

Vice President, Client Success

Jessie started with TSO Creative in 2010 as Account Director and recently moved into the role as VP of Client Success.  In this role Jessie is responsible for the onboarding of new clients including marketing strategy analysis, development of marketing plans and milestone assessments through to the delivery of content and execution. At TSO our client success is our priority and all projects are closed out with a final audit by Jessie and her team to ensure client satisfaction and the project was optimal. Jessie has 15 years of experience working in various marketing and consulting roles for brands such as Nike, Motorola, Gillette and small businesses and with her recent years focused on health based organizations such as Whole Foods Market, FLO Healthy and Eatrite Nutrition. She graduated with her Bachelors in Business & Finance from Boston University, and received her MBA with a specialization in Innovation Strategy, Magna Cum Laude, from SUNY Stony Brook University.

Jarren Simmons

Creative Direction 

Jarren worked previously as Creative Director for TSO and now works on a freelance and consulting basis on key projects. Since graduating from Yale University in 2009 Jarren has accumulated nearly 10 years of experience working for various advertising agencies, creative studios and freelance clients. He recently moved to Portland after 7 years in Brooklyn, New York, where his creative clients included Coca-Cola and The Apollo Theater among many other businesses both local and international. His work spans many mediums including the branding process and identity systems, print and production design, product packaging and experiential design, UI, digital animation, video, audio, and social media generation/management.

Dusty Williams-Hofer

Founder, Director of Creative & Content

As Founder and Director of Creative and Content, Dusty's role is to ensure your brand's unique look and voice are polished, seamless and integrated no matter what marketing material we are creating for you. From websites and email, to brochures and infographics - great design and an authentic voice are critical to bringing a professional brand to life. Dusty has 15 years of experience working within advertising and media agencies in the US and UK. She has led marketing campaigns for brands such as Chanel, Ocean Spray, Good Year, Volkswagen, Lexus, Miller Lite and Sears. She graduated with her Bachelors in Communications from Boston University where she majored in Advertising. Dusty is also from Montana and loves to fly fish whenever she can get back to the Big Sky.
